Specialized in international law, we offer victims of human rights and humanitarian law violations, in France or abroad, strategic and creative solutions to defend their rights and interests and obtain reparations, where appropriate. In particular, we develop international and regional solutions in the context of individual cases of parties who have been unsuccessful before the national legal system, such as referral to the European Court of Human Rights or the United Nations Treaty Committees.
